What board sizes does the Deck Bender accommodate?
The standard Deck Bender is designed for boards measuring up to 5400mm × 140mm and 6100mm x 140mm.
We also manufacture custom Deck Benders to suit non-standard board sizes and specialised applications.
Does the Deck Bender require additional insulation?
No. The Deck Bender features an integrated insulated blanket, eliminating the need for separate insulation or multiple heating blankets. This simplifies setup while improving heating efficiency.
Can I use the Deck Bender on shorter boards?
Yes. Shorter boards can be heated by filling any unused blanket length with board offcuts. This helps maintain even heat distribution and protects the blanket during operation.
