Deck Bender began with a straightforward goal: to create a complete, all-in-one solution for professional bending of PVC decking boards.

Led by Australian designer and ThermoBlanket founder Joshua Jager, the Deck Bender system has undergone more than three years of research, development and real-world refinement. Throughout this process, feedback from more than 10 experienced decking specialists helped shape everything from the heating performance and insulation to the controls, accessories and practical setup of the system.

The result is a purpose-built solution that gives decking professionals the equipment they need to heat and form boards accurately and efficiently—without having to assemble a system from multiple suppliers.

Deck Bender is proudly backed by ThermoBlanket, an Australian industrial heating specialist, and Kuhlmann Electro-Heat, a leading Danish manufacturer of professional heating equipment.
